MIKAH KOTA CARPIO is a theatrical sound designer, live sound engineer (A1), audio/visual technician, IATSE Local 59 stagehand apprentice, systems designer, collage artist, and composer based in the NYC metropolitan area. WARNING: Hair color may vary.

As a sonic artist, Mikah’s work aims to uplift and support marginalized voices. They approach theatrical sound design from a place of reflection and instinct. They are a firm believer in the power of music (and soundscapes!) to dismantle social injustice within our society.
